A Snack For Summer

Staying fit and healthy is a big priority of mine. I am always trying to find new healthy recipes to try and new ways to stay active on a regular basis. One thing that holds me back from accomplishing my health goals is that I LOVE food. I mean, who doesn’t?! I could eat a whole bag of Hot Cheetos in one sitting if I had the option and don’t even get me started about pasta.

On my journey to get fit, I am always excited to try new alternatives to unhealthy foods. Cauliflower rice and replacing tortillas with lettuce have become regular staples in my diet, but it is always so hard to find better options when it comes to snacking; I can only eat so many almonds and health bars before I go crazy.

That is why I was so happy to discover Ips Snacks, who makes protein chips and popcorn that actually taste good. The chips are light and airy and have fewer carbs and less fat than your typical baked or popped chip. Plus, every serving includes 5-6 grams of whey protein, which is so good for me since I am always striving for a high-protein diet.

I’m so glad to now have a great healthy and all-natural option to eat while I’m binging on my latest Netflix obsession or browsing through Pinterest. My favorites have been the white cheddar popcorn, the BBQ chips, and the cinnamon flavored chips (they remind me of Cinnamon twists from Taco Bell). I love that they all taste great without being too overpowering. I’m happy to know I finally have a snack I can eat without feeling any guilt. I will now be taking Ips Snacks along with me on my adventures all summer long.

I’m laughing so hard at you talking about being guilty of eating entire bag of hot cheetos, because I am the sameeeee. So glad to know there’s a yummy snack out there that isn’t bad for you! Thanks for sharing!
